Foodie retrospective - inflight Copenhagen to Singapore

We are on the third and final week of our holiday and we are back in Singapore.  Time for a little foodie retrospective, which I will be serving in little bites for the next couple of days. First bite - what was on the menu on business class from Copenhagen to Singapore.

My pre-dinner drink - Bloody Mary, cold and spicy

A prelude with Satay - grilled chicken with spicy peanut sauce. The first taste of the east.

A colourful starter - a roulade of smoke salmon in cream cheese. The Pouilly Fuisse was lovely.

They had run out of the thai dish so I had the chefs choice - veal fillet filled with chanterelles. Altitude is a killing on flavours and the veal suffered the cost.

Didn't do the cheeses. I had a lovely cup of brazillian coffee, rich dark grapes and a chocolate raspberry cake. Sweets hold their flavour better in the air.

A light breakfast of fruit, croissant and juice before landing in Singapore.
