Zoo Negara Part 2 - Pandas/Zoo Negara 2. del - Pandaer

Zoo Negara has two grown pandas and a cub. We did not see the mother and cub but we did see the father chilling in the enclosure.

A visit to the national Zoo - Zoo negara Part 1/En tur til den nationale zoologiske have - Zoo Negara 1. del.

Even scorching hot weather did not deter us from our next "must do" - a visit to the national zoo, Zoo Negara. Unfortunately the zoo is undergoing extensive renovations, which make the conditions for the animals rather poor. However, there were still many enjoyable moments. So here is part 1.

Her er 1. del.

Doing Ampang Park/Turen til Ampang Park

Ampang Park (established in 1973) is KL's first shopping center. I remember childhood trips to KL with two important stops - Globe's silk store and Ampang Park. Later Ampang Park became my favorite shopping spot and it still is. The shops are filled with goods catering to the locals and I can find all I need here. Today it was Dunkin donuts (better than Denmarks), Big Book store, Allen Khoo - Tailor, Capitol Optician with the lovely Jaclyn and finally food!

S.E.A aquarium in Singapore is impressive and the Aquaria in Kuala Lumpur though much smaller delivers a satisfying dose of marine life. Today we had some great encounters with sharks.
